Keeping in view the working procedure of Hotel Website the project has
been designed. This can be applicable for the hotels. This project will be
applicable to user through Internet.
So based on the information gathered the scope of the
system can be defined as follows.

that the users are not tied down and everybody handles it easily.

Throughout the system, the user able to click on various
field to pull of detailed information in a new window. These click able fields
will be identifying for each screen at a later date.
The system has
been made compatible within the present circumstances keeping all the complex
functional requirements in view. If there is any kind of structural or
functional optimization necessary action at any point of time then system can
be easily updated view to its simplicity. Any kind of new feature can be added
to it to carry forward the necessary data processing work with the “Hotel Website”.
